What is the Garage Door Kingdom service guarantee?
We back every Sunrise and Broward County job with three written guarantees: (1) Same-day arrival within Broward by the end of business or $50 off the invoice. (2) Lifetime warranty on every high-cycle torsion spring we install in your home as long as you own the property. (3) 100% satisfaction — if any repair fails within 30 days under normal use, we return for free and make it right, no questions asked.
Does the $50 same-day guarantee really apply?
Yes. If you call by 1 PM Monday–Thursday or Sunday, by 11 AM Friday, and your address is within our standard 35-mile Broward radius (Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Davie, Tamarac, Margate, Lauderhill, Coconut Creek, Miramar, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach), and we cannot dispatch a technician to begin work that same business day, you receive $50 off the final invoice — applied automatically, no need to ask. Excludes: post-storm catastrophic days when every truck is committed to active emergency calls, and force-majeure (hurricane evacuation orders).
How does the lifetime spring warranty work?
When you replace your garage door springs with our high-cycle torsion springs (25,000+ cycles, the upgrade we recommend for South Florida's humidity), the springs are warranted for life as long as you own the home. If a covered spring breaks, we replace it at no charge for the part. Standard 10,000-cycle springs carry a 1-year warranty instead. Labor for warranty replacements is billed at $89 per visit (covers truck dispatch). Coverage transfers if you sell the home, prorated.
What is covered under the 100% satisfaction guarantee?
Every repair we complete is covered for 30 days under normal residential use. If the same component fails (same spring, same opener, same cable, same hinge) within 30 days, we return at no charge and either re-do the work or refund the labor for that line item. Does not cover damage from misuse, hurricanes after the repair date, or third-party hardware installed by another contractor.
Do I have to ask for the guarantee or sign anything?
No paperwork to sign. The guarantee is automatic on every invoice — printed at the bottom of your final receipt. If you ever need to invoke it, call (786) 258-8283 and reference your invoice number. We honor it on the spot, no manager-approval bureaucracy.
